Terms of Service

So, you'd like to commission me to work with you, or are at least curious at the prospect? These are the guidelines I follow to help ensure that we both have the best experience possible going forward.

The Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

​The beginning of any great relationship starts by just saying hello! Contact me with whatever portions of your idea you already have hammered out and we'll go over it all to come up with a plan we can both agree on.

Step 2: Prototypes & Proofs

With an agreed upon plan of action I'll get to work iterating prototypes until we have one that matches your expectations.

Step 3: Production​

​With an approved prototype in hand I will move on to making the requested quantities.
During this stage I will still want to provide you with proofs for approval, as scaling up can sometimes mean changing suppliers, etc.

Step 4: Final Photoshoot

​With your items all done I'll snap some glamour shots for you to show off to whomever you like, and send them over prior to shipping.

Step 5: Get the Goods

​We'll package up your items all safe and sound (with sustainable materials wherever possible), and provide you with shipment tracking information.
